- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My neighbor worked at the Diamond Exchange for years, consequently I shopped there. I bought a wedding band and setting in white gold (i previously had yellow and now wish i had not changed). NO sales person shared the fact that white gold must be redipped frequently to maintain the shine - (Ive had more honest car salesmen). They also charged me each time $200 for two rings to be dipped (a 2mm wedding band and a engagement setting). RIPPED OFF FOR YEARS . VALENTINES IN milford ct charged me $48 for three rings to be dipped and they told me the customers who purchase there get dipping for free for life. The personnel was friendly, family owned, and their prices reasonable. I WILL BE A VALENTINES CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AS WILL MY FAMILY ! DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE NEW HAVEN PEOPLE, they don't care if you come back or not !By cynthia fedock, June 13, 2017
