- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I give them three stars, because Joyce is so nice and knowledgeable. She's very helpful and patient with the customers, (Can we clone Joyce). However, I agree with the others. The tellers are not so friendly or nice, they always act like it's a bother. I hope and wish they extend their hours at least one night with this new merger.By Scotti Williams, April 15, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆One rainy Sunday, the ATM charged my debit card for $100, but didn't give me any money. I went to the bank on the following Monday and tried to get my money back, but the bank staff in charge of my question were not helpful. The staff person a) couldn't pinpoint the loss of my money and b) acted perturbed rather than sympathetic. She only told me to write a letter to the main office. I did that but no help. The reason why I give two stars instead of one is because the bank was close to my dorm at Yale. Also some of the tellers were sweet. But if given the chance again, I wouldn't join NEAFCU.By A Google User, March 14, 2017
